Setting Account Limits
835bd allows members to set their own deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits. Using this feature at any time is encouraged as part of responsible gaming.

Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same across all methods).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
- Deposits may only be made from a method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Deposit amounts are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- Once a deposit transaction is completed, the balance is generally added to the account instantly.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus or promotional balances (see Section 5).
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
- Wagering rate: 15x (on the bonus amount).
- Bonuses may have a time limit. If wagering requirements are not met before expiry, the bonus will be cancelled.
- The member may need to activate the bonus offer before it is added to the account. Contact the support team for details.
VIP Cashback
835bd's VIP program has four tiers, each with weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Members can progress to higher tiers through regular active participation.
General Bonus Rules
- A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
- Any attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent or unusual means will result in cancellation.
- 835bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Unless clearly stated otherwise in the bonus terms, wagering requirements may also apply to winnings from free spins.

RNG Technology

Live Game Rules
In live casino games (such as live baccarat, roulette, or live cricket betting), any bet already confirmed at the time of a disconnection will remain valid. If a game stops midway due to a technical fault, 835bd reserves the right to review the situation.
Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be suspended immediately.
Fraudulent Activities

- Collusion or secret coordination with other players.
- Using automated bots or scripts to participate in games.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
Other Prohibited Activities

You can request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any withdrawable balance will be returned within a maximum of 7 business days before closure. Bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

835bd may suspend or terminate an account without notice in cases of serious rule violations, fraud, or suspected money laundering. If no violation is proven after the investigation is complete, the valid balance will be returned.

- Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered as acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
